League recap: Salisbury tops East Davidson to extend winning streak

Salisbury extended the longest winning streak in 2A Central Carolina this week by beating East Davidson, 47-18. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.

West Davidson's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Dragons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jordan Heitman has thrown for 409 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Zach Queen has 20 catches for 380 yards. Kyle Smith leads the league in rushing with 1188 yards.

Salisbury led the league in scoring this week after putting up 47 points on the Golden Eagles.
