Volleyball Recap: Hillsboro Extends Home Winning Streak to Seven

Hillsboro's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Washington Blue Lions. The matchup marked the Indians' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Hillsboro not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Washington between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-15, 25-17.

Tylee Davis paced Hillsboro's offense, picking up 19 kills. Davis got some help from Kayla Seeling and her 29 assists. Seeling also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Ryan Wagoner, racking up three apiece.

Hillsboro pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Washington, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.
