Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Bloomfield). It was close, but on Mondaythey capped 2024 with a 72-69 win over the Renaissance Phoenix. The victory was nothing new for the Lakers as they're now sitting on three straight.

West Bloomfield's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Renaissance, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-4.

West Bloomfield will square off against Ferndale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Renaissance, they will take on 21st Century Charter at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
