While Sage Creek put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for San Pasqual. The Bobcats had just enough and edged out the Golden Eagles 1-0. The victory continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Golden Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

The result came thanks to Elijah Stephens's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Max Biehl was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since April 1st.

Sage Creek's win bumped their record up to 13-9. As for San Pasqual, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Sage Creek beat the Golden Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Thursday.
