Baseball Recap: Santa Fe Indian Starts Season with Win Against Hatch Valley

Santa Fe Indian had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Hatch Valley Bears.

Dontrell Aguilar was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Zachary Cordero was another key player, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Santa Fe Indian beat Hatch Valley by a score of 3-2 later that day.
