Volleyball Recap: Howe Takes a Loss

Howe was the 2-1 winner over Tioga when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Howe took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tioga on Thursday.

While Howe was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23.

Howe's loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tioga, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Coming up, Howe will face off against Tom Bean at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tioga, they will welcome Van Alstyne at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
