Softball Recap: Roselle Catholic Takes a Loss

Roselle Catholic lost against Rahway on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions came up short against the Indians, falling 17-2. That's two games in a row now that the Lions have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Roselle Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rahway, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roselle Catholic will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Plainfield at 4:00 p.m. on May 1. As for Rahway, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Kennedy Memorial at 10:00 a.m.
