Basketball Recap: Navajo Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mountain View-Gotebo last Monday, Navajo came back down to earth. The Navajo Indians lost 59-34 to the Hollis Tigers on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Navajo's loss dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Hollis, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-10.

Navajo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hollis, they have already played their next contest, a 69-54 defeat against Central on the 15th.
