Olympic posted their biggest win since November 17, 2023 on Friday. They breezed by the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves to the tune of 70-38. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 100th, while the Wolves are ranked 548th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Olympic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaden Hardnett, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of De'Angelo Hall, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 12 rebounds.

Olympic's victory bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Ballantyne Ridge, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

Olympic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 67-64 win against Palisades on the 4th. As for Ballantyne Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 55-36 loss against Berry on the 4th.
