Basketball Recap: Whitney Wildcats vs. Clifton Cubs
If Whitney was feeling good fresh off their 69-39 takedown of McGregor last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Whitney Wildcats received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 64-50 to the Clifton Cubs. The Wildcats have struggled against the Cubs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Maddox Hinojosa was his usual excellent self, putting up 18 points for Clifton. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Rogers, who posted ten points.
