Football Game Preview: Obion County Rebels vs. South Fulton Red Devils + How To Watch

The Obion County Rebels will venture away from home to take on the South Fulton Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Fulton took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Obion County, who comes in off a win.

Obion County played in-conference for the first time last Friday and got just the result they were looking for. They really took it to McNairy Central for the full four quarters, racking up a 50-7 win. Considering the Rebels have won four contests by more than 24 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Stone Ladden had a dynamite game, rushing for 97 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, while also throwing for 147 yards and three TDs while completing 72.7% of his passes. Those 97 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Tucker Moore was another key player, rushing for 118 yards and a pair of scores.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Obion County was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 216 rushing yards. They are a perfect 4-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Meanwhile, South Fulton suffered their closest loss since October 11, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of Lake County by a score of 22-20. The loss was the Red Devils' first of the season.

South Fulton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-1. As for Obion County, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
