Volleyball Recap: Karma Peterson and Kenley Dehning Secure Win for Garden County

Garden County won the last time they faced Bridgeport and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

While Garden County might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Bridgeport scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20.

Leading Garden County to victory were Kenley Dehning and Karma Peterson. Dehning had 11 digs and one assist, while Peterson had five digs and two aces. That's the most digs Peterson has posted since back in November of 2024.

Garden County's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Bridgeport, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Garden County has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Minatare on the 11th. As for Bridgeport, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Mitchell on the 13th.
