Basketball Recap: Greens Farms Academy Comes Up Short

Greens Farms Academy lost against King back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Greens Farms Academy Dragons took a 67-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the King Vikings. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

King got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Krystian Gaston out in front who went 7 of 10 en route to 21 points. Jonovan Bracey was another key player, putting up 15 points and eight rebounds.

Greens Farms Academy now has a losing record at 1-2. As for King, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4.

Greens Farms Academy will head out on the road to square off against Marianapolis Prep at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for King, they will welcome South Kent School at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in King's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
