Fort Wayne Northrop came tearing into Thursday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Heritage Patriots as they made off with a 3-0 win. For the Bruins, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Patriots walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

The win didn't come easy: Heritage scored at least 21 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 25-22.

Zachary Mosher paced Fort Wayne Northrop's offense, picking up 11 kills. Mosher got some help from LahPwe Htoo and his 17 assists. Htoo was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Fort Wayne Northrop's victory bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Heritage, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 14-4.

Coming up, Fort Wayne Northrop will face off against East Noble at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
