Archbishop Mitty had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Folsom Bulldogs on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Monarchs sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.

Archbishop Mitty walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20, 25-13.

Folsom's loss came despite strong showings from Khloe Wong and Hadassah Makama. Wong had 12 digs and two assists, while Makama had. Wong has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played. Precious Omini also deserves some recognition as she had her first blocks of the season.

Archbishop Mitty's victory bumped their record up to 33-3. As for Folsom, their loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 34-10.

Archbishop Mitty has already played their next contest (against Rocklin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Folsom does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
