Carmel Christian won the last time they faced Cannon and things went their way on Tuesday too. Carmel Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Cannon, sneaking past 46-43. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Carmel Christian.

Carmel Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Myles Vicks, who made all 5 shots he took for 11 points. Vicks continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Johnson, who posted eight points and eight rebounds.

Carmel Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. They are 5-2 when they've passed the ball that well.

When it comes to explaining why Cannon lost, don't look at Sean Nix. Despite the final result, he shot 53% from the field to rack up 21 points and seven boards. Nix has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played.

Carmel Christian's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Cannon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
