Baseball Recap: Temecula Valley Takes a Loss

Temecula Valley managed to slip by Great Oak the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Golden Bears lost 13-5 to the Wolfpack on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Golden Bears have suffered against the Wolfpack since March 3, 2023.

Temecula Valley saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Stone Tucker, who went 3-for-4 with two runs.

Temecula Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Great Oak, they pushed their record up to 11-14 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Temecula Valley will take on Murrieta Valley at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Great Oak, they will challenge Murrieta Mesa at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wolfpack are facing the Rams at the right time seeing as the Rams are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
