Basketball Recap: Nemo Vista Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

It was a good run, but Nemo Vista unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 69-58 to the Wonderview Daredevils. The Red Hawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Daredevils from their previous meeting back in January.

Nemo Vista's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-9. As for Wonderview, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nemo Vista won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Hector at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Nemo Vista knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Hector likes a good challenge. Wonderview will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Cedarville at 1:15 p.m. on December 27th.
