Basketball Recap: Harriman Extends Home Winning Streak to Nine

Harriman entered their tilt with Sunbright on Saturday with four consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 61-51 win over the Sunbright Tigers. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 56-45 win back in December of 2024.

Harriman's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points over those games. As for Sunbright, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 21-9.

Looking ahead, Harriman will take on Jellico on Tuesday. Jellico has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Sunbright does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
