Basketball Recap: Beth Haven Baptist Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Butternut Homeschoolers

Beth Haven Baptist Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 110-65 loss at the hands of Butternut HomeSchoolers on Thursday.

Butternut HomeSchoolers' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Glenjamin Dellegenaramos, who went 8-for-9 from beyond the arc en route to 60 points along with 35 boards and 15 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Quandale Dingle, who shot 6-for-6 from beyond the arc and dropped a triple-double with 40 points, 24 rebounds, and 12 steals.

Beth Haven Baptist Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on CenterPoint Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on December 19. As for Butternut HomeSchoolers, they will face off against Kensington Woods at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday.
