Lone Peak is 9-1 against Skyridge since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 5:15 p.m. Lone Peak's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Lone Peak gave up the first goal last Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Knights who were credited with the win. Lone Peak got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to American Fork's four. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Will Denney and Oliver Crowley scored both of Lone Peak's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Skyridge is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Corner Canyon, who was ranked 15th at the time (Skyridge was ranked 14th). The Falcons' defense stepped up to hand the Chargers a 1-0 shutout last Wednesday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Skyridge were the better team in the second half.

Skyridge has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four matchups. As for Lone Peak, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.

Lone Peak skirted past Skyridge 2-1 in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
