Wahconah Regional has gone 6-1 against Agawam recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Warriors are taking a road trip to square off against the Brownies at 7:00 p.m. Wahconah Regional will be strutting in after a win while Agawam will be coming in after a loss.

Wahconah Regional took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They skirted past Putnam Vo-Tech 26-24.

Meanwhile, Agawam unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. The game between the Brownies and Chicopee Comp didn't end well, with the Brownies falling 46-32.

Agawam's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Wahconah Regional, the victory also got them back to even at 4-4.

Everything came up roses for Wahconah Regional against Agawam when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 54-18 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
