Baseball Recap: Wapahani Drops Season-High Score on Randolph Southern

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wapahani). They blew past the Randolph Southern Rebels 18-1 on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Raiders, who have now won three games in a row.

Eli Andrews was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. He has become a key player for Wapahani: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 0-3 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Quentine James, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Wapahani always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .632. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Wapahani now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Randolph Southern, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Coming up, Wapahani will head out to take on Centerville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Randolph Southern, they will welcome Eastern Hancock at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
