            Basketball Recap: Scituate Spartans vs. Central Falls Warriors        
        
		
        
        
            Scituate lost against Central Falls back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Friday. The Scituate Spartans fell  59-48 to the Central Falls Warriors.
 Scituate's  defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of  Ryan Larsh, who  went 6 for 13  on his way to 14  points in addition to eight  boards and four  steals, and  Andy Vigeant, who  went 7 of 16  en route to 16 points. Vigeant is trending in the right direction considering he's  improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Caiden Reikhrud, who  posted five  points.
 It was another big night for  Jamilson De Pina Almeida, who  dropped  a double-double on 28 points and 13  rebounds for Central Falls. De Pina Almeida's evening made it four games in a row in which  he has scored at least ten points.  Leandro Rojas Vargas was another key player,  putting up 12  points and seven  boards.
Scituate's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Central Falls,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 6-10.
 Scituate wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  71-41  win against Block Island on the 1st. As for Central Falls, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Paul Cuffee  at 7:00  p.m. Central Falls is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59  points per game  this season.
