Basketball Recap: Providence Takes a Loss

Providence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 53-42 to the Pinecrest Patriots.

Providence's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Pinecrest, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 6-7.

Providence will square off against Independence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pinecrest, they will take on Lee County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
