Basketball Recap: Forest Park Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Forest Park kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 44-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Redan Raiders. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 19 in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Forest Park lost, don't look at Noah Shy. Despite the final result, he shot 42% from the field en route to 15 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Nathanial Edmonds, who posted eight points and 12 boards.

Coming up, Forest Park will face off against Riverdale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Redan, they will challenge Stephenson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
