Football Game Preview: Taylor Griffins vs. Anderson Titans + Official Tickets

Taylor is 1-6 against Anderson since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Griffins will face off against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Taylor has given up an average of 31.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Taylor is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took a 36-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tecumseh on Friday.

Meanwhile, Anderson lost 28-7 to Trenton on Friday.

Taylor's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Anderson, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Things could have been worse for Taylor, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 22-6 loss to Anderson in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Thankfully for the Griffins, Jackson Steel Sage (who threw for 148 yards and one touchdown, and also punched in one score on the ground) won't be suiting up this time.
