Basketball Recap: North Pole Comes Up Short

After flying high against Tikigaq back in December of 2024, North Pole came back down to earth. The North Pole Patriots lost 67-47 to the Monroe Catholic Rams on Tuesday. The Patriots were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

North Pole's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Monroe Catholic, their record now sits at 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Pole will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Valdez at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monroe Catholic, they will host Lathrop on Tuesday.
