Football Game Preview: Bethlehem Christian Academy Knights vs. Piedmont Academy Cougars

The Bethlehem Christian Academy Knights will head out on the road to take on the Piedmont Academy Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bethlehem Christian Academy will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

If Piedmont Academy heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Bethlehem Christian Academy took over last week. The Knights walked away with a 29-22 win over Lakeview Academy last Friday.

Adian Grady continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 185 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. Sian John did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 134 receiving yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Bethlehem Christian Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 214 rushing yards. They are a perfect 5-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Piedmont Academy never got on the board in their matchup last Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Riverside Military Academy on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Eagles 40-12.

Bethlehem Christian Academy's record now sits at 6-2. As for Piedmont Academy, their record is now 5-3.

Everything came up roses for Bethlehem Christian Academy against Piedmont Academy in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 35-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
