Softball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison was the 10-6 winner over Sand Creek when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aggies on Saturday.

Madison has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season. As for Sand Creek, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coincidentally, Madison and Sand Creek will both be playing Adrian the next time they take the field. The Aggies will head out to face the Maples at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 9:00 p.m.
