Liberty Christian Academy's defeat ended a 13-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-7. As for Crosspoint Christian, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-11.
Everything came up roses for Liberty Christian Academy against Crosspoint Christian in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 82-40 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Crosspoint Christian's Lia Cobb, who scored 28 points.
