Basketball Recap: East Forsyth Comes Up Short + How To Watch

East Forsyth lost against Eastside back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Broncos fell 49-43 to the Eagles.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Eastside to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ari Carter, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine boards. Carter is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jarilix Rivera-Villarini, who shot 46% from the field on her way to 18 points.

East Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Eastside, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

East Forsyth will take on Flowery Branch in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eastside, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-41 victory against Alcovy on the 13th.
