Football Recap: Norwalk Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against El Rancho, Norwalk was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They secured a 13-7 W over the San Gabriel Matadors.

Norwalk has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.0 points on average over those games. As for San Gabriel, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Norwalk will head out to square off against Maywood CES at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for San Gabriel, they will take on Schurr at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
