Burncoat wins going away against Worcester Tech

The Burncoat Patriots had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They enjoyed a cozy 66-51 victory over Worcester Tech on Friday. This was payback for Burncoat, who suffered a 71-48 loss the last time these two teams met.
Leading Burncoat to victory were Kevin Dunn and Jayden Mwangi. Dunn scored 15 points, while Mwangi scored 15 points. Another player making a difference was Jaiden Johnston, who scored 10 points.
Burncoat's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Worcester Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Burncoat will be playing at home against Blackstone-Millville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Worcester Tech, they will head out on the road to face off against Auburn at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
