It was a good run, but Glenelg unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They came up short against the Northeast Eagles, falling 10-1. The match marked the Gladiators' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Glenelg's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Northeast, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Coming up, Glenelg will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against River Hill at 4:00 p.m. As for Northeast, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Sparrows Point on the 14th.
