Soccer Recap: Lee Takes a Loss

Lee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Port Neches-Groves Indians, falling 4-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Ganders of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Lee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Port Neches-Groves, they pushed their record up to 11-0-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Nederland the next time they take the pitch. Port Neches-Groves will head out to face Nederland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Lee will host them at 7:30 p.m. on January 28th.
