Basketball Recap: Old Orchard Beach Takes a Loss

Old Orchard Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 54-46 to the Madison Bulldogs. If the Seagulls were looking for revenge after losing 61-51 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Old Orchard Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Madison, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Old Orchard Beach will welcome Monmouth Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Madison, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Dirigo at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
