It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Curtis can now relate to. They fell just short of Lake Stevens by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. Curtis' defeat signaled the end of their 17-game winning streak.

Curtis started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 22-25, 25-14, 25-17, 15-7.

Lake Stevens found their leader in sophomore Audrey Iseminger, who had 17 digs and two assists.

Curtis' loss dropped their record down to 25-3. As for Lake Stevens, they are on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 33-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Curtis nor Lake Stevens have any future games scheduled.
