Basketball Recap: McLaughlin Comes Up Short

McLaughlin was the 74-72 winner over Mahpiya Luta when they last played one another back in December of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The McLaughlin Mustangs were outmatched by the Mahpiya Luta Crusaders and fell 62-26.

McLaughlin's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mahpiya Luta, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

McLaughlin will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Mandaree at 2:00 p.m. on December 27th. As for Mahpiya Luta, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Lakota Tech at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.
