Bridgeport is 8-2 against Entiat since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Bridgeport Mustangs will square off against the Entiat Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

While Bridgeport didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past Oroville 76-43 on Monday. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 33 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Entiat). They put the hurt on Curlew with a sharp 66-42 victory last Friday. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 142nd, while the Cougars are ranked 329th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win (which was Entiat's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Bridgeport, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.

Everything came up roses for Bridgeport against Entiat when the teams last played on December 10th, as the team secured a 66-33 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bridgeport since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
