Baseball Recap: Bethel Gets the Win

Bethel took a eight-run loss the last time they faced off against Graham-Kapowsin, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bison had just enough and edged out the Eagles 2-1 on Tuesday. For the Bison, this counts as revenge for the 8-0 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Bethel got a great performance from Warner Anderson as he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits.

On the hitting side, Bethel's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Josh Sidock, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Bethel's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Graham-Kapowsin, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-4.
