Soccer Recap: Collinsville Takes a Loss

Collinsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Sapulpa Chieftains. That's two games in a row now that Collinsville have lost by just one goal.

Collinsville now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Sapulpa, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. We've got a battle between Cardinals coming up. As for Sapulpa, they will take on Edison at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Edison will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each match than the last.
