Soccer Recap: Palo Verde Snags Fifth Win in Last Six Games

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Palo Verde had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Seton Catholic Sentinels. The Titans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Sentinels, too.

Palo Verde hit Seton Catholic with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ibrahim Mahamat (2), Shukuru Charone, and Mouhamed Diallo.

Palo Verde has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Seton Catholic and nudges their season record down to 9-8.

Palo Verde didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-3 defeat against Gilbert Christian on the 15th. Seton Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
