Basketball Recap: Andrew Palferman Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Kuna

Eagle's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 53-50 win over the Kuna Kavemen. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Kavemen, too.

Eagle's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Andrew Palferman, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds. Palferman is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least three every time he's taken the court this season. Clark Kochivar was another key player, putting up ten points.

Eagle is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Kuna, they moved to 9-2 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Eagle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 52-48 victory against Borah on the 16th. Kuna has also already played their next contest, a 52-49 win against Rocky Mountain on the 16th.
