Volleyball Recap: Green Takes a Loss

Green was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Greenup County Musketeers. The Bobcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Musketeers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-12, 25-11.

Green's offense was headlined by Peyton Neal and Addy Brown, who picked up four kills apiece. Neal really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with eight.

Green's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Greenup County, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Green didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Eastern on the 27th. As for Greenup County, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Fleming County on the 28th.
