Volleyball Recap: Cary-Grove Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Cary-Grove lost against Huntley back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Red Raiders.

While Cary-Grove was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-22.

Audrey Neuses paced Cary-Grove's offense, picking up five kills. Neuses got some help from Morgan Evelo and her 11 assists.

Cary-Grove has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's still a better percentage than their 6-19 record this season. As for Huntley, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-6.

Cary-Grove didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Crystal Lake Central on the 9th. As for Huntley, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Jacobs on the 9th.
