Volleyball Game Preview: Coahulla Creek Colts vs. Christian Heritage Lions + How To Watch

The Coahulla Creek Colts will venture away from home to square off against the Christian Heritage Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Coahulla Creek came up short against Ringgold and fell 2-0.

While Coahulla Creek ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18.

Coahulla Creek's defeat came about despite a quality game from Maddy Hambright, who had 14 assists and two aces.

Meanwhile, Christian Heritage unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Heritage by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Christian Heritage sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 18-25, 15-9.

Christian Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 12-20. As for Coahulla Creek, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 17-17.

Coahulla Creek couldn't quite get it done against Christian Heritage in their previous meeting back in August as they fell 2-0. Can the Colts avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
