Winslow is 6-0 against Leavitt since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Winslow Black Raiders will take on the Leavitt Hornets in a holiday battle at at 1:00 p.m. Winslow will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Winslow strolled past Maine Central Institute with points to spare, taking the game 54-37.

Meanwhile, Leavitt didn't have quite enough to beat Waterville on Thursday and fell 42-40. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leavitt's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Winslow, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Everything came up roses for Winslow against Leavitt in their previous matchup back in January, as the team secured a 65-36 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Winslow since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
