Russell barely beat East Carter the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Red Devils breezed past the Raiders to the tune of 76-47 on Tuesday. The Red Devils not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since February 4th (when they won 68-39).

Russell got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Corbin McGrath out in front who went 5-for-7 to rack up 15 points. What's more, McGrath also posted a 71% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Tyler Cordial, who shot 55% from the field on his way to 15 points and five boards.

Russell has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 62.5 points this season. As for East Carter, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Russell will be taking part in a tournament against West Carter at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for East Carter, they will welcome Model at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
