In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Gilead Christian sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 24-26, 25-23.

Gilead Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Bowling Green Christian Academy, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.
